(CNN) – Ever wonder how much online social community sites make and what they do with that money?

Reddit announced that they will donate 10% of its 2014 revenue to non-profits chosen by the Reddit community. In 2014, the popular online site Reddit made nearly $8.3 million last year from advertising.

This means that whatever charities are selected will receive about $83,000 each

Reddit users are able to vote for charities listed on Charity Navigator, a database of all charities that have a valid U.S. tax identification number and have been reviewed.

Voters can only vote once for as many charities as they wish to vote for. Head over to Reddit Donate before it ends of Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. to vote for your favorite charity.
