Newport News, Va. – A man was shot in the finger during an attempted robbery outside of Club Paradise II in Newport News early Saturday morning.
While in the parking lot, a black man in his 20s tried to rob the 27-year-old victim with a gun, according to police
He managed to push off the suspect, and as he ran away as he heard gun shots, one of which hit his finger.
