The United States is home to great diversity—of people and beliefs; of lifestyles, dialects, and histories; and of geography.

Using the FindTheHome Places Topic with data from the latest Five-Year American Community Survey (ACS) released in December 2014, we set out to identify the 33 richest cities in the U.S.

In this list, a city’s wealth is ranked by the percentage of its residents earning more than $150,000. The list only includes cities with more than 500,000 residents.

Think you know where your city falls on the list? Read on to find out.
