Elizabeth City, N.C. - Police have arrested 16 people over the past few months in connection to numerous break-ins.
According to a news release, the city has dealt with a rash of break-ins to both homes and businesses.
In all, police have filed 47 felony charges and 6 misdemeanor charges in connection to the various cases.
