Crews put out fire at Suffolk business

Suffolk, Va. - Fire crews put out a fire at Uptown Varieties in Suffolk early Thursday morning.

The call about the fire in the 400 block of Carolina Rd. came in at 1:51am. There were no injuries in the fire, and the business was closed at the time.

Firefighters have left the scene, while investigators remain trying to determine the cause of the blaze.
