Those are the words from Old Dominion Head Coach Bobby Wilder after his team secured their first-ever win in Conference USA on their first time out. The Monarchs defeated the defending conference champions Rice Owls when Ricky Stegers split the uprights with no time left to give ODU a 45-42 win.
Coach was quick to point out the Owls were without three of their best players.
