The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning until 8:15 for Northampton County, Va.
This storm has exhibited weak rotation. Tornadoes can develop quickly from thunderstorms. It is capable of producing a waterspout.
This storm is also capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph, destructive hail, deadly lightning and very heavy rain.
Please act quickly now by moving to a place of safety inside of a sturdy structure such as a basement or small interior room.
