Update: I-64 westbound in York County near Camp Peary has reopened to traffic with no delays. Troopers are still working to open up the eastbound lanes. Due to the disruption of traffic, minor property damage accidents have occurred, police say.

Traffic is now stopped in both directions on I-64 eastbound and westbound in York County near Camp Peary (exit 238) due to a crash.

Westbound traffic is being detoured to Colonial Parkway (exit 242). Motorists should expect major delays in this area.

The call came in at 1:30 p.m. Virginia State Police has responded to a single vehicle accident with injuries on I-64 eastbound at the 339 mile marker.
