Newport News, Va. – Police need your help to identify a pair of crooks who they say swiped a donation jar from the Baskin Robbins on Warwick Boulevard.
Police say a man grabbed a donation jar with cash inside while a woman looked to be blocking the view, distracting anyone who may have been watching.
Police say the man has a mustache and beard and was wearing a short sleeve grey shirt and faded blue jeans. The woman was wearing a red dress and flip flop sandals at the time.
