A woman was able to catch an incredible sight on video recently as she and her husband were admiring an iceberg in Newfoundland’s Bay of Exploits.

As Wanda Stead and her husband Rick were watching the iceberg from their boat, the iceberg suddenly collapsed.

The force of the ice hitting the water created a large tidal wave that started rushing towards the Stead’s boat.

You can hear as Wanda frantically urges Rick to take off as the wave rushes towards them.

Luckily, they were able to escape.
