Suffolk, Va. – Part of Whaleyville Boulevard has been reopened after the clearing of an overturned tractor trailer.

According to a city spokesperson, the accident happened near Freeman Mill Road.

The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. Saturday.  It’s unknown at this time what caused the accident.  No one was injured.

    I wonder if that road is TORN UP like US Route 58 is… The City of Suffolk is TAKING in around 52 MILLION DOLLARS from the Virginia Department of Transportation… And STILL the ROADS in the City of Suffolk ARE TORN UP with POTHOLES… Makes you WONDER where ALL THAT BIG MONEY is going to!!!! Or WHO IS LINING THEIR POCKETS WITH THAT BIG MONEY???
