Norfolk, Va. - The City of Norfolk is taking action ahead of the storm.

Crews are using Vactor trucks to pump drains to prepare for Tropical Storm Arthur.

Several crews are out today, clearing drains.

Norfolk crews have been out all morning clearing storm drains and ditches to prevent flooding, according to Lori Crouch with the City of Norfolk.

Crews will continue clearing drains throughout the week.
