Get your lawn chairs, blankets and cameras fully loaded for this year’s Independence Day celebration throughout Hampton Roads!  Depending on the location, spectators can enjoy parades, music, food, paddleboat rides and much more.

Of course, you do not want to miss the spectactular fireworks display to conclude the end of the celebration.  This year, Hampton Roads has lined up festivities that will certainly aim to please locals and visitors.

Although Independence Day is celebrated throughout America, Virginia is particular known for its history in shaping  America.  The first five presidents were all Virginias and planters had a major role in developing the Declaration of Independence.  This year, become a part of helping Virigina celebrate the Red, White and Blue!
