Newport News, Va. – A 40-year-old man was charged early Saturday after exposing himself to an officer in front of Salsa’s Restaurant at City Center.

Police say the officer was working at the restaurant and denied two Hispanic men from entering because they had been involved in a fight a few weeks prior.

After being banned, the two men went across the street and began filming the restaurant.

A few minutes later, 40-year-old Cesar Gonzales walked back towards the restaurant. When he was met by the officer, Gonzales turned around, dropped his pants and exposed himself.

Gonzales was charged with Drunk in Public and Indecent Exposure.
