Man wanted for stealing from fitness centers across Hampton Roads

Virginia Beach, Va. – Police are looking for a person wanted for stealing from various fitness centers across the area.

Between Friday, April 18, 2014 and Sunday, April 20, 2014 the suspect in the photos above is believed to have committed larceny at several fitness centers in Virginia Beach as well as neighboring cities, police tell NewsChannel 3.

In each case the suspect removed items from lockers to include credit cards and debit cards within the fitness centers. The suspect then used the stolen credit cards to make several purchases at various locations.

The suspect is described as a black male, 25-40 years of age, 6’- 6’4”, 150-190 pounds, short dreadlocks, with a medium to dark complexion.

It appears that the suspect may be operating a silver Ford Escape SUV, police say.
