Newport News, Va. - Police are trying to find a man who they say choked his sister until she lost consciousness.

On Feb. 14, police say Colin Chappell, 45, went to his sister's home on 42nd Street and demanded the keys to her truck.

She told police they started fighting when she wouldn't give him the keys and that's when Chappell started choking her.

Police say he took her keys and some money and drove off.  Police found the truck that same day, but they're still looking for Chappell, who resides in the 400 block of Britnie Court.

He's wanted for Robbery, Grand Larceny, Impede Blood Circulation, Domestic Assault, and Damage Property.
