NASA shared a video on Thursday showing the latest winter storm as it moved up the East Coast.

GOES or NASA's Geostationary Operational Environmental satellite, captured the images from February 11th to February 13th and they were compiled by NASA/NOAA's GOES Project at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md.

The video shows the development and movement of the clouds associated with the progression of the frontal system and related low pressure areas that make up the massive storm.

The video also shows the snow covered ground over the Great Lakes region and Ohio Valley that stretches to northern New England.
