UPDATE: All lanes are now open on Interstate 64 westbound at the interchange (mile marker 284).

On Interstate 64 westbound at the interchange (mile marker 284), the left lane is closed due to a vehicle crash.

Traffic is backed up three and a half miles.

HOV restrictions have been lifted.
