Five arrested in October assault, robbery at ODU

The Old Dominion University Police, with assistance from Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS), made multiple arrests in an attempted robbery and assault that occurred October 19th in the 1500 block of West 49th Street.

Five men were arrested. None were affiliated with the university.

  • Keonte T. David, 20, of Portsmouth was charged with attempted robbery, conspiracy, assault and battering another because of such person's race, and assault by mob.
  • Christopher T. Osborne, 19, US Navy, was charged with attempted robbery, conspiracy, assault and battering another because of such person's race, and assault by mob.
  • Robert Parker, 20, of Portsmouth was charged with eluding police, conspiracy, accessory to robbery, accessory after the fact, 2 counts of false statement to police,  driving while driver’s license is suspended or revoked, and reckless driving.
  • Dache Lamel Livermon, Jr., 20, US Navy, was charged with making a false statement to police.
  • Devon Brown, 19, US Navy, was charged with accessory after the fact.
