Portsmouth, Va. – Four people were arrested in an undercover prostitution sting on October 3rd in Portsmouth.
Authorities say they focused on the Port Norfolk and Prentis Park areas of the city.
They arrested Kiana A. Rivera, Alice O. Watson, Tabitha J. Noble, and Tawanna L. Hoffler.
