Chesapeake, Va. - Oscar Smith's five-star defensive tackle Andrew Brown was offered scholarships to UVA, Virginia Tech, Clemson, Alabama, Florida, Florida State, UNC, and Ohio State, but on Saturday, the nation's top five recruit finally announced where he would be taking his talents.
