I am scared of showers. There, I admitted it. I think it has something to do with watching “Psycho” at a young age and seeing the vulnerability of it all. It’s just scary if you really think about it.
Dad: Chicken.
Me: I’m not a chicken. I still obviously take them. Don’t you get scared?
Dad: Nah, your mom will protect me.
Watching DiNozzo mess with Dorneget this week was awesome. It reminded me of McGee’s probie (newbie) days where he’d pull all those pranks. I will have to say, Vance’s prank on him over the expense report was the best.
Dad: Dorneget is just awkward.
Me: I think that’s how he’s supposed to be.
Dad: Well good job, I guess. I did like that Gibbs stuck him with DiNozzo on the Bahamas trip.
Me: Did you catch DiNozzo’s joke about Gibbs’ haircut? He said the bowl should be coming off just about now.
Dad: Ha, ha, it is a bowl cut.
One thing that bothered me this week, and on many television shows in general, is how they depicted the cops being so eager to close the case they didn’t care about who they arrested. I know there are people like that in the world but I would hope it’s not the norm. Have you ever noticed how often that stereotype is depicted?
Dad: Did you catch McGee snap over the suggestion that Abby had a boyfriend?
Me: Oh yeah, and nice change of subject.
Dad: The like throwing the McGee/Abby relationship twist in there every so often.
Me: I personally liked Ramsey. I wonder if he could be a recurring guest. It’d be a nice change of pace.
