A 17-year-old court battle over the Redskins’ name is headed back to court next month.

It was also the topic of a forum at the National Museum of the American Indian last night who called the beloved football team’s name racist.

The panel also discussed a different way to appeal to the team’s owner: money.

This says that if the Redskins do change their name, they could make millions in rebranding.

This means fans would go and buy jerseys and gear with the new name.

The lawsuit is expected to be heard next month at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
