Chesapeake inmate to spend seven more years in prison for escaping

Clancy Starling, the Chesapeake inmate who escaped back in June, will spend seven additional years in prison for the escape. That's on top of the 17 he was already serving.

Police say Starling escaped by crawling under the fence.

Three other prisoners held up the fence and helped Starling escape.

They will be sentenced at the end of the month, and each is facing up to five years in prison.
