Storms bring flooding to Hampton Roads – just in time for rush hour

As storms continue to roll through Hampton Roads, the streets in Hampton Roads also continue to flood. A large number of power outages have also been reported.

According to Dominion Power, the largest power outages are in Norfolk and Hampton. More than 4,900 Norfolk residents are with out power, and Hampton also has a large power outage with more than 2,200 without power.

Norfolk dispatch warns that many areas in Norfolk are flooded - Ocean View area, downtown Norfolk, and underpasses.

Portsmouth dispatch also says there are many areas that are flooded throughout the city.
