Michelle says she's not surprised Police found a body inside of the second floor of a business in the Pembroke Lakes Circle complex in Virginia Beach.
Neighbors say there is a recording studio upstairs. Online records show the business is called Monopoly Designs and Style Studio.
Investigators have identified the victim as 43-year-old Jackie Delice of Newport News.
"I opened my window and I saw a cop there with a flashlight and a gun," says Michelle who lives next door.
Beach Police responded last night to a call about shots fired.
April also lives across the street. She says she saw Police looking behind bushes and AC units late last night.
