    Update: The victim has now been identified as Rodney D. Fitzpatrick of Hampton.  Portsmouth, Va. – A man died this morning when he crashed his Ford Escort into a Chevy Camero. It happened on Interstate 264 eastbound, headed towards Norfolk, just before 2 a.m., according to Virginia State Police.     Chesapeake, Va.- Cedars of Lebanon Seventh-Day Adventist Church hosted a gas giveaway. On Sunday, the church gave 20 dollars worth of gas to one hundred drivers. “Times are tough and with sequestration coming to Hampton Roads and gas prices skyrocketing, we thought this would be a great way to give something back to our community,” said Pastor David Arrington. The giveaway went on until one hundred drivers received their free gas.
