    Newport News, Va. – Hundreds of dollars stolen from a man who couldn’t chase his robbers. That’s what happened to 62-year-old Kenneth Jones Sr. in Newport News on Friday. Jones uses a wheelchair to get around after losing his leg to diabetes nearly 30 years ago.     Hampton, Va. – The Federal Bureau of Investigation is taking action in Hampton Roads to catch the Ray-Bandit. He’s the serial robber connected to more than a dozen bank robberies in seven states, including Virginia.     Sentara Healthcare System is taking action to protect its patients after someone stole a contractor’s laptop in California. “Fortunately, the amount of information was limited to patients’ names, medications and date of births.     Investigators called Devin McLean shortly after arresting the suspected fake-bearded bandit, Ronald Carr. “Initially, it was like finally, you know, finally this guy is off the street,” said McLean.
