    It’s an exciting time at the Smithsonian National Zoo! Three critically endangered red ruffed lemurs were born on April 20 and they are adorable. The zoo posted a video on Facebook showing the three little lemurs in action. Viewers could see them crawling up their enclosure, munching on blankets and looking right into the camera with their bright green eyes.     Portsmouth, Va. – Bon Secours Maryview Center in Portsmouth and Dr. Eugene Y. Chang have agreed to pay $400,000 after Chang was accused of billing Medicare and other federal healthcare payors for breast exams and ultrasounds that were not covered. Officials say from June 1, 2010 – December 31, 2014, Chang falsified documents with diagnosis codes that required a complaint from the patient.
