    Norfolk, Va. – Taron D. Walker, 26, has been arrested and charged after police say he shot at two people who were in a moving car. This happened back on February 24th on I-264.     UPDATE: The roads have reopened.  Norfolk, Va. – Right now crews have shut down the 1800 block of E. Little Creek Road after an accident on Friday night.
