    Elizabeth City, NC – Police in Elizabeth City are now investigating after they say a man was shot and killed over the weekend. They say this happened at around 5:45 a.m. at 311 Harney Street. They’ve identified the victim as 38-year-old Willie James, Jr. After he was shot in the upper torso, he ran from Harney Street to a home on Maple Street.     Norfolk, Va. – Taron D. Walker, 26, has been arrested and charged after police say he shot at two people who were in a moving car. This happened back on February 24th on I-264. State Police say the two victims were driving westbound at Brambleton Avenue towards Portsmouth.     Investigators say Ray Davis was a ‘smooth talker’ who recruited bank employees to help him carry out a scam.
