    Man rescued after sailboat goes up in flames on Chesapeake Bay

    Chesapeake, Va. – John Lee Brown, Jr. had to be rescued by the Coast Guard and a good Samaritan today after his sailboat caught fire in the Chesapeake Bay. Officials say this happened five miles west of Windmill Point.
