    Norfolk, Va. – Officials are warning Norfolk residents to take extra precautions after mosquito samples tested positive for the West Nile Virus. Two pools tested positive for the virus in two different Norfolk neighborhoods including Ingleside and North Shore Point. The samples were collected on Thursday, July 24th from the Ingleside area.
