    Man rescued after sailboat goes up in flames on Chesapeake Bay

    Chesapeake, Va. – John Lee Brown, Jr. had to be rescued by the Coast Guard and a good Samaritan today after his sailboat caught fire in the Chesapeake Bay. Officials say this happened five miles west of Windmill Point.     Elizabeth City, NC – Police in Elizabeth City are now investigating after they say a man was shot and killed over the weekend. They say this happened at around 5:45 a.m. at 311 Harney Street.
