  • 31-year-old man found dead near roadway in Norfolk

    Norfolk, Va. – A 31-year-old man was found dead in Norfolk on Wednesday near the roadway. The body has been identified as Garret P. Fetterly of Norfolk. State Police responded to the scene on I-64 eastbound at Bayview Avenue a little before 3 p.m. Officials confirmed the man was deceased. The body will be taken to the Medical Examiner for an autopsy.
