    UPDATE: Police have now made several arrests in a homicide that occurred Monday morning. They’ve arrested and charged Leon Jerome Hayes, 33, and Naomi Nichelle Lambert, 22.     Virginia Beach, Va. –  A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle and seriously injured on early Tuesday morning in the intersection of Lynnhaven Parkway and Holland Road.     Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Public Schools received a report of a suspicious package on the grounds of Berkley-Campostella Early Childhood Center early Monday morning, according to a spokesperson for Norfolk Public Schools.
