Sunday’s First Warning Forecast: Highs in the 40s, more clouds by the afternoon

The First Warning Storm Team is tracking  a warm up, some rain, and maybe a few flakes over the next 7 days.

A variety of weather happening over the next 7 days. High pressure will slide offshore Sunday. Highs in the mid to upper 40s with increasing clouds throughout the day. A warm front will lift northward Sunday night giving us a chance for some showers. Shower chances increase overnight Sunday into Monday. Temperatures look to increase overnight Sunday into Monday.

A warmer day Monday with highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s. A cold front will cross the region giving us another chance of rain. A cooler and mostly dry day for Tuesday with highs in the low to mid 50s. Another blast of cold air Wednesday night. Winds will increase overnight with rain and could even see some sleet or snow mixing in.

A cold day Thursday with highs in the lower 40s and lows in the mid to upper 20s. Highs in the upper 30s to near 40 for Friday.

Sunday: Sunshine to start. Clouds build in later in the day. Highs in the upper 40s to near 50. Winds: NE…S 5-10 mph.

Sunday night: Showers developing late. Winds increase. Lows in the mid 40s. Winds: S 10-15 mph.

Monday: Rain at times. Much milder. Highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Winds: SW 10-15, gusts 25 mph.
