FRANKLIN, Va. - Without looking for ground, Christopher Alan Hogge made his way into an Isle of Wight County Courtroom today.

During his preliminary custody hearing, the Pastor and former Director of Franklin Social Services, waived his right to having a preliminary hearing on the 19 child pornography charges he faces.

Hogge was arrested in May on eight counts of possessing and distributing child pornography. After further investigation Hogge was additionally charged with 11 more counts.

According to court documents, Hogge used twitter to view and distribute pictures of minors in sexual positions.

The I-P address for the account was reportedly traced back to Hogge's home which is connected to the church he served as a Pastor.

Court documents state that Hogge's home and church are not the only place he allegedly viewed and distributed child pornography.

During an interview with detectives, court documents claim Hogge admitted to using the printer at Franklin Social Services to print more than 200 images of child pornography five years ago. He allegedly kept those pictures at his work desk.

Hogge has been suspended without pay from Franklin Social Services since his arrest.

Hogge's next court date has not been set. He remains at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
