NORFOLK, Va. – Several flights at the Norfolk International Airport were delayed due to a disabled plane on the runway.

On Saturday at 10:46 a.m., the airport authority received an emergency alert from the FAA Norfolk Tower about a Malibu Piper Aircraft that had just taken off and lost power.
