EL PASO, TX. – Ray Lawry eclipsed 130 yards and added two touchdowns on the ground while David Washington passed for a season-high 262 yards to lead Old Dominion (5-3, 3-1 C-USA) past UTEP (2-6, 1-4 C-USA)  on Saturday night in El Paso.

ODU used a strong second half, gaining 261 yards and overcoming a 13-10 deficit in the third quarter. Jonathan Duhart had 155 receiving yards for the Monarchs, and Anthony Wilson led the defense with six tackles.

The Monarchs are now one game away from being bowl-eligible for the first time in school history. With Marshall coming to town next weekend, ODU will go for win number six at S.B. Ballard stadium.
