Endurance IT Services to add 62 jobs in Virginia Beach with new headquarters

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Endurance IT Services will more than double its workforce by building a new 15,000 square foot headquarters building.

The company’s new headquarters will be located on Greenwich Road.

The company, which was founded in 2008, currently has 52 employees but are looking to add 62 new jobs with average annual salaries of $85,000 to $95,000.

Available job openings include systems analyst, server engineer, network engineer, infrastructure engineer, project managers, fractional IT director, business development, business analyst and help desk engineer.

Endurance IT Services was named one of the Best Places to Work in Hampton Roads and Best Places to Work in Virginia. It was also named one of the 2016 Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies.

“The growth of Endurance IT Services reflects the strength of our local technology workforce, which is critical as we continue to diversify our economy,” said Virginia Beach Economic Development Director Warren D. Harris. “The skill sets demanded by companies today are more dynamic and complicated than at any time in history. The cities that are successful in building sustainable economies are those that that can compete globally for this talented workforce.”

The company will invest more than $1.3 million in real estate, fixtures and business equipment.
