Kelvin Leon Brown
JAMES CITY Co., Va. – Police are looking for 57-year-old Kelvin Leon Brown.
A family member reported Brown missing form his residence on Chickahominy Road.
Brown requires medication fir multiple medical conditions and the medications are at his home.
He was last seen on October 2 operating a black Cadillac (plate number VLF7911) when he left to visit a friend on Bush Springs Road.
Brown is 5’7″, 280 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
