VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police in New York City arrested a man living at the home where a woman was killed last weekend.
James Twyman II was arrested on Park Avenue during the investigation into a potential stolen vehicle, according to NYPD Sgt. Brendan Ryan. Twyman had a probabtion violation from Norfolk.

He told NYPD his address was the same as where Virginia Beach Police are investigating a homicide. So far, police have not confirmed what link Twyman's arrest has to the homicide investigation.
Olive Twyman, 72, was found dead in her home in the 2200 block of Cape Arbor on Sunday.
Neighbors close to Twyman tell News 3 she loved her three children and her dog.
"The nicest lady I ever met," said one neighbor, who did not want to be identified out of respect for the family. "[Olive was] very giving, very kind, and a very good mother and grandmother."
Twyman marks the fourteenth homicide case for the City of Virginia Beach this year.

Calls reporting the death were received by Virginia Beach Police dispatchers around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
On Tuesday, Virginia Beach Police confirmed that the death was being investigated as a homicide. The Medical Examiner says Twyman's cause of death is an incised wound to the neck. The Medical Examiner did not say what caused the wound, but incised wounds are usually caused by clean, sharp objects such as a knife, razor or glass splinter.
Dispatch radio indicates a family member may have called 911. "Complaint states brother killed the mother," the dispatcher can be heard over the radio. "He's not said to be on scene.
Dispatch radio again indicated police requested a 'be on the lookout' for someone known to Twyman, but police would not say if that person is still a person of interest in the case.
Officials say there is no known threat to the public’s safety at this time.
According to police, additional details cannot be released at this time in order to "protect the integrity of the case."
The case is under investigation by the Virginia Beach Police Department Detective Bureau-Homicide Unit.
