Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast

Warmer temperatures on the way… Winds will relax but temperatures will climb as we head through midweek. Expect more sunshine today with highs climbing into the upper 80s. We will return to the upper 80s on Wednesday, with an afternoon scattered shower or storm possible. Expect low 90s to end the work week with a mix of sun and clouds.

Hermine continues to slowly drift just off shore of New York, keeping some rough surf and minor tidal flooding in our area. Expect another round of tidal flooding today near high tide. Most locations hit high tide early this afternoon and will see flooding reach “nuisance” or “minor” levels, slightly lower than yesterday.

Today: A Few Clouds, Warmer, Breezy. Highs in the upper 80s. Winds: NW 5-15

Tonight: Partly Cloudy. Lows near 70. Winds: W 5-10

Tomorrow: Partly Cloudy, Scattered Showers/Storms (30%). Highs in the upper 80s. Winds: NW/W 5-10
