Suffolk Police arrest armed robbery, aggravated assault suspect

SUFFOLK, Va. – Suffolk Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery and aggravated assault of an acquaintance.

Darcey Darrell Crocker, 47, has been charged with two counts of armed robbery; use of a firearm in commission of a felony; shoot, cut, stab or wound in commission of a felony; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and grand larceny.

The charges are related to an incident that happened on August 8 at the Motel 6 in the 2800 block of Pruden Boulevard.

He is currently being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond.
