WINDSOR, Va. – A woman wanted by police in Windsor has been taken into custody. Brittany Vallery was arrested when she reported to a probation meeting.
She had been featured on News 3’s Taking Action Against Crime segment earlier this month.

Wanted for: Possession of a controlled substance, class I or II (F), Possession of a controlled substance, class IV (M), Obtain a Controlled Substance by Fraud (F), Falsify a Medical Record (M), Embezzlement (F) and Grand larceny (F).
According to police, while Vallery was working at a nursing home she falsified medical records to obtain different medications. Police say she also took property that belonged to the nursing care facility and converted it to her own use.
