Burger King’s iconic hamburger is going Tex-Mex.
Get ready for the “Whopperrito,” the fast food chain’s latest menu item.

It’s a flour tortilla stuffed with the beef of the Whopper, but with added seasonings.
There’s queso sauce with chopped tomatoes, onions, lettuce and pickles to round it out.
Burger King’s CEO says he’s been looking for a way to add Tex-Mex to his menu.
Testing of the item was called a success in some Ohio and Pennsylvania locations.
The “Whopperrito” will launch at all Burger Kings on August 15.
