Virginia Beach Police looking for suspect wanted for probation violation

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police need your help finding a man wanted for probation violation.

Samuel Joseph Brown is 24 years old, 6’1”, weighing 165 lbs.  Police say Brown is homeless and a self-declared Urban Survivalist who does not seek any services available to the homeless.

If you have any information about where he is, you can submit your tip to Crime Line.  Tipsters will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward if the information leads to an arrest.  There are three ways you can submit a tip.
