NORFOLK, Va. - All week long select restaurants in Downtown Norfolk are offering some great deals on some of their best meals for restaurant week.
219 Bistro has become a staple on Granby Street. This restaurant week, they are taking their regular menu favorites - and offering them for a special deal.
"It's typically menu selections that people come in and get and they come in during restaurant week and they can get a little bit of a better deal," says Adie Hendrix.
219 Bistro is offering $12 two course lunches and $35 dollar three course dinners all week long.
"We have our blackened tuna tacos with seasoned rice and sweet chili slaw and our veal meatloaf with mashed potatoes green beans and mushroom bacon gravy," Hendrix says.
If chef were doing the ordering - he says he'd go with the meatloaf.
"The meatloaf is definitely one of my favorites, but I mean you can’t go wrong with any of these choices."
And you can't beat an outdoor patio looking out on Granby.
"I feel we have some of the best food in Norfolk here," says Hendrix. "And specifically our location is great. We have a beautiful patio with fans blowing. It's nice to sit out and just watch the people go buy."
