NORFOLK, Va. – The largest shopping center in Norfolk is up for sale.
The CBRE National Retail Investment Group announced that they are the representatives for the sale of Janaf Shopping Yard.
The shopping center is located at 5900 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard and occupies over 880,000 square feet.
JANAF is home to over 147 shops including stores such as TJ Maxx, BJ’s Wholesale, Office Max, Petco and Shoe Carnival.
JANAF’s original investment group was composed of retired and active duty military. The name is an acronym for Joint Army Navy Air Force. The store opened in 1959.
