NORFOLK, Va. - A grand jury indicted four people in the murder of 26-year old Lori Jordan, according to court records.
Teressa and Frank Everett are charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, concealment of a dead body and defilement of a dead body.
Billy Everett is charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and concealment of a dead body. He was Jordan's ex-boyfriend, according to Jacob's father Ray Brock.

Duane Goodson, is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, concealment of a dead body, defilement of a dead body, and illegal disposal of a dead body on public property.
Jordan's body was discovered in a wooded area in the 1100-block of Vista Street in Norfolk in December 2007. Initially, detectives ruled Jordan's death as undetermined. In 2012, cold case investigators began looking into the case.
The developments are a relief for Jodan's father. "I'm looking forward to looking these people in the eye," Brock said. He'd been wondering if he'd still be alive to see justice for his daughter.
"It's been on my mind for seven years," said Brock. "I think all along police knew who was responsible, but they just wanted to make sure they had everything covered."
Jordan had a bright smile and a bubbly personality, according to her dad. She was a mother of three. Towards the end, her dad says things were different when she started dating Billy Everett. "She had just gotten tied up with the wrong person," Brock said.
Teressa and Frank Everett are being held without bond at the Norfolk City Jail, according to police. Police say Billy Everett is under custody at the Eastern Shore Regional Jail.
