Three teens missing from Fluvanna group home

FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. — Three teenage girls are missing after they ran away from Spring Garden Group Home in Bremo Bluff on Saturday night, according to the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Office.

The teenagers are believed to be traveling in a blue-grey 2004 Jeep Cherokee with Virginia license plates WWY-8249.

“Information has been obtained that they were planning a ‘big get away,’ but uncertain as to where,” the Fluvanna Sheriff’s Office posted on Facebook. “The girls may in the company of three juvenile males who ran away from a group home in Goochland County.”

While no information has been released about the missing teenage boys, Fluvanna investigators offered the following names and descriptions of the missing teenage girls:

  • Jasmin Height, white female, age 16, 5 feet tall, 100 pounds, red hair
  • Kyonna Johnson, black female, age 16, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, black hair
  • Tiffany Bright, white female, age 16, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 200 pounds, brown hair

On its website, The Spring Garden Group Home described itself as providing a natural home environment to eight young women ages 14-18.

“We emphasize independent living skills training and family engagement,” according to the website.

Anyone with information about the missing teenagers was asked to call the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Office at 434-589-8211.
