Norfolk, Va – A Norfolk woman says sewage runoff has been a constant problem in her neighborhood.
Jannika Williams sent News 3 the following video showing the raw sewage running from a drain into the street.
She says it happens every day causing her kids to not be able to go outside and play.
Williams has reached out her property manager but says they haven’t done anything about it.
She also mentioned that city workers have been out to the inspect the drain but it still needs repair.
