CHESAPEAKE, Va. - A Navy lieutenant and pilot has been arrested after police say he filmed an underage girl through the peephole at the Old Navy store on Greenbrier Parkway.

Jake Baker was arrested and charged with unlawfully filming, videotaping or photographing a minor and with using a peephole or another method to view her without her consent.

The incident happened while the teen was in the changing room on June 15.

According to Chesapeake Police, the teen told store employees what happened, one called police, the other took down Baker's license plate number.

Baker bonded out of jail after his arrest. On Friday, News 3 went to his home to get his side of the story, but no one answered the door. Attorney Jon Babineau told News 3, he is representing Baker. He says Baker is denying the charges and will be pleading not guilty at his Sept. 15 hearing.

A Navy spokesperson confirmed Baker is a lieutenant and pilot based at Oceana Naval Air Station.
